    I like to think about the C-SPAN call-in show becoming a Finebaum-esque show had Saban been elected.

    Instead of separate phone numbers for Democrats, Republicans and independents, they'd add a fourth that just said BAMA.

    I stand to be corrected, but the child molestation stuff came out after the primary, right? So why would Trump have thought Moore had no chance in the general? Given the closeness of last night's win for Jones, I'm assuming Moore runs away with the election if the fact that he's a kiddie diddler hadn't surfaced.

    It's Alabama. It voted for Donald Trump by something like a 28 percent margin. Of course Moore would have run away with the election if not for it coming out what a hypocritical, jackass, lying, bible-thumping-to-obscure-his-infidelity-and dating 17-year-olds-behavior. You could have essentially put up a potted plant -- even one that had admitted to mildly bad behavior -- and that state would have voted for it if there was an R next to the name. So, no, Trump is obviously not a master political strategist, and his handling of just about everything since taking office, demonstrates he is a moron with BAD instincts, who has hamhandedly made an obstruction of justice charge (which would be hard to prove if done by someone with any amount of sophistication) a real possibility by the dumb things he has done, the paper trails people around him have left and his blowhard, paranoid need to hit twitter constantly.
