I'm happy that they took the Washington Post seriously. It was beginning to feel like half the country didn't believe the news anymore. And not just the margins stuff that we battle about around here. But that half the country thought that most serious journalism was just invented from whole cloth.

  2. Moore's still not conceding-- they possibly have to seat Jones early otherwise. What a fucking clown show! Hope Judge cho-mo spends every last dollar he's got on a futile write in recount... 'Wait on God': Roy Moore still hasn't conceded

I imagine Moore is realizing that all of his "friends" aren't returning his calls right now. "Hey Sean? I'd like to come on yer show tonight! Sean? Sean?"

I don’t believe a concession carries any legal weight or has any bearing on when the victor is certified. If Moore manages to get a recount I guess that could stall.

Ainsley Earhardt was one of the few Fox news babes who defended Roger Ailes.

  8. Omarosa Manigault-Newman Tried to ‘Storm the Residence’ in Reality TV-Style White House Ouster
When Omarosa Manigault-Newman learned she was being ousted from her White House post on Tuesday, she decided to try to confront her boss, President Donald Trump, making a beeline for the White House residence to appeal directly to the one person who still remains her ally.

But it wasn’t to be. She was stopped before she could had the chance to actually barge into the residence, and by Wednesday morning, Omarosa’s resignation had officially been announced. Whether it was actually a resignation—or if she was in effect fired—is another question.
Omarosa Tried to ‘Storm the Residence’ in Reality TV-Style Ouster

Multiple sources with knowledge of the incident recounted a “ruckus” on Tuesday night involving Omarosa, the reality TV villain turned the communications director of the White House’s Office of Public Liaison. One White House official said she had even tried to “storm the residence” after learning that she was being forced out less than a year into Trump’s White House tenure. She was ultimately thwarted by staff. Reports later emerged that she had to be escorted from the campus on Tuesday.

“It was actually the closest thing to reality TV [I’d experienced] since getting here,” a White House official told The Daily Beast.

  10. Bannon too..
But despite all the criticism, Mr Bannon is defiant.

An unnamed source close to him told Bloomberg: "This doesn't stop Steve's war against the establishment. "All it does is pour gasoline on top of it."

Representative King launched a highly personal attack on Mr Bannon on Wednesday morning. The Republican congressman tweeted: "After Alabama disaster GOP [the Republican party] must do right thing and DUMP Steve Bannon." He added: "If we are to Make America Great Again for all Americans, Bannon must go! And go NOW!!"

Mr King later appeared on CNN to say the former Trump adviser "looks like some kind of dishevelled drunk that wandered onto the political stage", even though Mr Bannon reportedly abstains from alcohol. The congressman also attacked Mr Bannon's "weird alt-right views", which he said did not represent conservative values. http://www.google.com/url?sa=t&rct=...ada-42343509&usg=AOvVaw0-ShUKsRqf6DV2GV_Sprej

Bannon "abstains from alcohol." I laughed out loud at that one. Very good.

Well, merge it with Mississippi, merge DC to MD, and make Puerto Rico a state along with the Virgins.
