Every single move they have made has been excellent.

From going on the offensive against ISIS, to working with the Saudis and the GCC to contain Iran, and to partner with Israel.

From recognizing Jerusalem is the capital of Israel, to blocking anti-Semitic resolutions at the UN, and plainly enunciating why we blocked them, to acknowledging that Israel’s existence is not the problem in the Middle East.

Everything is spot on, and pitch perfect.

The offensive versus ISIS began when Trump thought it was the name of a pageant contestant. The rest hasn’t come to fruition yet nor been proven to be the right tack.

The exodus in the Foreign Service should be concerning. We are losing valuable firsthand knowledge of other nations and how diplomacy works on the ground.

It certainly looks messy so far.
Why, Trump's mess has even inspired a song.
    Merry Christmas, America!

Keep telling yourself that our foreign policy is "kicking ass" as the world laughs at us and our president is beholden to Russia's president. Disgusting.

Here's the thing that bugs me the most about the Track Palin situation. In 2016 he was charged with a domestic violence crime and allowed to plead to a non-d.v. misdemeanor weapons possession charge. Fully recognizing that he is a veteran who likely suffers from PTSD and that we as a country need to do better by veterans, it still makes me pissed that he was given the opportunity to get out of the domestic violence charges. Why does it matter if he pleaded to one thing and not the other? Even a misdemeanor domestic violence assault conviction results in a forfeit of a person's right to bear arms. It seems clear that he needs treatment, and to not ever be around firearms.

What are your thoughts on Obama appeasing the terrorist group Hezbollah and triggering the Syrian refugee crisis to make a nuke deal with an avowed enemy of the United States? Disgusting?

Perhaps because she was entirely unqualified and refused to renounce the end-times theology of her former church.

He's right to want an infrastructure plan. But let's see if the republican Congress approves it. Once they've passed their "tax plan," republicans will suddenly claim we can't balloon the deficit.
