What? The legislature's job is to pass good laws. I haven't said whether I think this is a good or a bad one, but it is no less enforceable than many other kinds of law, like anti-discrimination or hate crime statutes. I'm not sure what you're accusing me of.

 

I thought it was clear. You sidestepped my point regarding the potential for abuse. It seems near impossible to know for sure why a woman is choosing an abortion unless she wants to tell you, yet the proposal is a law that would outlaw them based on the reason. It seems the only reason for the law is part of the search to find as many ways to restrict and deny abortions as possible.
