More sex. I'll have to check with the wife to see if that's one I can keep.

Which do you think will be the toughest to keep? :)

Just to contribute: Mine is pretty unoriginal -- the perennial New Year's favorite of dropping about 15 or 20 pounds.

I always give up online shopping in January, mostly because I buy too much shit in December but also to test my willpower. Necessities are an exception (groceries, dog food, etc.) but I may not even to do that because Ella got a huge bag of food on 12/30. If I want a book, I have to haul my ass to Strand or somewhere else. I bought some new underwear and a fleece in an actual store yesterday. They even gave me free tea. And just to give them a plus: Duluth Buck Naked underwear is amazing and worth the price.

I also want to add something to the exercise mix to go along with my daily walks (which may cease for a couple of days, given the weather). Yoga? One of those trendy bicycle places? Shit, I don't know.

I usually share my big one as well but I'm keeping it private and will brag like a son of a bitch when (NOT if) it actually happens. Trust me, I'll make damn sure everybody knows.

    Happy New Year everyone.

I enjoy the cycle classes at my local Gold's, but they're really hard to get to. 6 a.m./5:30 p.m. on weekdays. Too early, and not enough time to get there after work. They had a 9 a.m. on Saturday that I attended regularly until they moved it to 8 just to be dicks. I want to sleep past 7 on the weekends, thanks. 9 was perfect.

    Please, please try yoga.

And, please to start a thread about it here so we can track your progress. With pictures.

    :D

Another member and I, not long before I moved, planned to put together a "Yoga for the fat guys" series of videos. Half funny but also semi-serious to show it COULD be done. Might be time to revive that idea.

Not funny, but it definitely can be done.
