These people are so bad at this. They can't even lie well. He was given walking access to the White House. They sucked up to a known ratfucker thinking it would be positive, but on the other hand, we "saw him for what he was?"

The unanimous assessment of those in Trump’s immediate vicinity is shared by clinicians viewing him from afar. On Wednesday, in response to Trump’s tweet about the size and potency of his nuclear button, 100 mental-health professionals signed their names to a statement reading, “We believe that he is now further unraveling in ways that contribute to his belligerent nuclear threats … We urge that those around him, and our elected representatives in general, take urgent steps to restrain his behavior and head off the potential nuclear catastrophe that endangers not only Korea and the United States but all of humankind.”

I have never thought that Trump is mentally ill, any more than a 13-year-old on Twitter is mentally ill. He's a moron with a megaphone.

Nothing will dispel rumors of your mental fitness like a pre-taped bit where you're clearly reading from cue cards that has to be piped into the briefing room like some sort of weird Orwell deleted scene.

Nope, you're wrong. Like the experts noted above, he's mentally ill, or (not sure if there's a technical difference) clearly in cognitive decline.

    He's always acted like this.

Yes, but his ability to clearly communicate has declined noticeably in just the past few months.

Watch a few minutes of this testimony from 2005 and while you'll hear the same run-on sentences (and god knows the same self-aggrandizing hyperbole) he's definitely unable to speak as coherently today:

Liberals: Bannon is a white supremacist that can't be trusted. He shouldn't be a part of the Trump Administration.

Also liberals: Bannon is so awesome!

    Make up your damn minds.

Trump was kind of fun hearing him go off on Rosie O'Donnell or various enemies always just a few weeks before "The Apprentice" premiered. And then he'd kind of lay low. I also think he has lost all vestiges of the sense of humor he used to have about himself.

This is ridiculous. Both Bannon and Trump are scumbags. But nice try!

I love this classic slight of hand by posters who know this administration is totally fucked now that the front stabbing has begun.
