    I remember reading something somewhere years ago that Kraft used his influence to get the Patriots in the Saturday spot. Helps the league with ratings - Pats will get eyes from fans/haters regardless of time - and it gives his team an extra day.
    I always thought they picked who played where based on TV viewership - who would get eyes and who wouldn't. This year was tough because there aren't teams with national followings like there have been in year's past.
