I never understood how Weinstein could blacklist Sorvino. Sure he could keep her from appearing in his projects and trash her to others, but you would have thought people would have wondered what was up with that and talk to others who she's worked with. There are other producers in Hollywood to work with - so you cast her and never get a shot at working a Weinstein project or maybe he had some kind of electoral lock on the Academy...I still don't get it. Sorvino won an Academy award.

You might be right, but that story made me feel like he's skeevy but not criminally skeevy.

Part of the problem with Weinstein, however, is that you can end up playing some gross relativity game. "Well, he didn't RAPE anyone, so..."
