I'm just amazed that people continue to debate with this guy on minor points when he has no defense for riding the Trump train in the first place. The rest of it just friggin' semantics.

 

This is spot on:

By all quality of life metrics (other than maybe weather), Norwegians have it better off than Americans. Yet Trump wonders why we don't allow more Norwegians in? Yeah, good luck finding ones willing to come.

That's probably not the right way to think about it. The question is whether you would be willing to leave what you know behind for a brand new place. That new place has to be considerably, considerably better - for you - in order to make that move. In theory, there are a lot of states I'd rather have been born in than Indiana. But yet here I am.

 

Never quite understood why some think that's a cure-all for having a stick up one's ass.
