Why did that Pats fan have a stuffed dog and what the hell was he doing to it?

Well, I did list him first.

EDIT: And do I take it from your post that I can lump Kraft in with him?

I know Gronk is the tight end from God, but I used to love watching Hernandez work. All these months later, I still shake my head at what a dumbass he was.

Haha. I thought, "He's an owner. No one cares."

I missed one call, but the offside call on the punt late in the second quarter was awful. They announced the damn penalty against the Patriots, then changed their minds? The replay showed it was the Patriots who moved first.

Then the Patriots did what they do, driving for a touchdown. They are fucking lethal when they get a break.

Of course, there is no way in hell the Titans were winning tonight, but that call and the Patriots' ability to take advantage ended any chance of the second half even being competitive.

I really don't see who is beating the Patriots. The Jaguars have the defense, but the running game has faded and Blake Bortles ain't beating that team.

The Steelers have the firepower, but their defense is a mess and Belichik is going to adjust to take away some of what made the game in Pittsburgh close.

The Eagles were good enough with Wentz. They are not even close without him.

The Saints also have a great offense, but not enough defense. The Vikings might have the best shot, but I don't trust Keenum on that stage.

I'd give the Saints the best shot out of the NFC because of Brees, but if AB plays, the Steelers CAN beat the Pats. I doubt they will but on paper they have the best shot of anyone.

I think if the Vikings win tomorrow, they become the first team in NFL history to play for a spot in a Super Bowl they will host. Very few Super Bowl hosts have even won a single playoff game in the year their city and/or stadium was serving as host.

One of my dirty little secrets, even within my family (Mrs. Whitman is a die-hard Colts fan), is I pretty much pull for the Patriots. First, I love competitive excellence. Second, when it’s over, it’s over. I’m never super-interested in turning the page on an era, and this one has been special.

I was bummed they lost to the Giants the first time. Wanted to witness a perfect season.

Maybe if they hadn't lost Shazier or if they had managed to hold on to that regular-season game in Pittsburgh to get the top seed.

As it is, I'm not even sure the Steelers get by the Jaguars.

Derek Bortles is going to kick some ass.
