No doubt in retaliation for Doughty’s excellent “buddy you suck at hockey” chirps when Maroon was in Anaheim.

 

This is hilarious. But if Doughty wasn't such a good player, he would be in the Prick Hall of Fame, along with Quick, Perry and several others. He tried to take off Rakell's head Saturday, too.

Sorry, Spartan. I goofed. All the credit to you with providing the evidence for proving my point that Cogliano hit Kempe in the chest.
Cogliano was on the verge of breaking down when he was interviewed before today's game about the streak ending. He got very emotional and had to stop for a second to collect himself.

 

Some guys get a pass based on their talent.

 

Evidence of a hit to the chest? But it clearly sho...

 

He should have stopped for a second before he hit Kempe.

Is there anybody other than a Duck fan that thinks this isn't a suspendable offence?

This screen grab is a little better than the one I got before. This is actually the moment of impact. You can see the shoulder is level with Kempe's head.



Combine that with my previous shot and you'll see the helmet reacting. It was a high hit that came way too late.
