I heard a promo for the College Gameday episode and got into it. I've also listened to the PTI one.

I had no interest in the Curb series, but I enjoyed the social media opener to his ESPN series. Need to tackle the PTI and College GameDay episodes.

I actually haven't listened to the Curb series yet - figured it was evergreen content, in a way. But I bumped the ESPN series up in my queue. I thought the social media episode was just OK, but I really enjoyed the PTI one. Haven't listened to the College GameDay episode, or the "bonus" episode they did with the extended Skipper interview. I'm generally a big fan of Miller's stuff, and the pod has much more of a "reporter" feel than many others.

The PTI episode was fantastic. The Curb series is.....not his best work.

The problem with the Curb series is that it could have been told in 2-3 episodes. Everyone had the same stories about Larry and nearly all of them were already out there.

The ESPN stuff has been better IMO.

The wife and I loved the PTI episode. Loved the story of Tony walking into the offices wearing sunglasses and telling all the underlings, "Rent, don't buy" and walking out.

PTI episode was great. Social media one is too long. All in all, well done. Kinda bummed there will only be five in the series. I'd gladly listen to several more chapters on ESPN.

The one out today is the 30 for 30 on 30 for 30, which sounds interesting. Haven't had a chance to listen yet.

I haven't either. Interested in hearing how (un)modest Simmons will be.

I’m listening to the PTI ep and most of it I have heard in bits and pieces over years from Kornheiser’s radio show/podcast. I am surprised that Wilbon and Kornheiser agreed to be interviewed for this, happy, but surprised.

Bill Simmons is a HOF douche bag. He could be a Trump appointee. I knew he was a self promoting preening schmoe but i didn’t know he was The Insufferable Dick.

Just started the ESPN chapter, and almost done with the first one on social media; it's OK, but I think the later episodes will be much more interesting to me.

I gotta agree with you on Simmons, heyabbott, he sneaks in a couple of moments of insight on this social media episode, but most of the time he comes off as a self-promoting, sancitmonious jackhole.
