She continually moved away from him, so much so that she described him as chasing her around his apartment. Nothing else needed to be said.

So far, the excuses others have made for his behavior include:
- He's a comedian.
- They'd already had oral sex.
- She never explicitly said "stop" in a loud voice.

 

Are you again referring to the oral sex? I agree, that sticks out to me as incongruous to the story of an unwilling and trapped woman.

It has literally been decades, but I certainly recall women reeling it in after that. It's not a blank check. I don't think you're saying it is one. I think your point is that it casts doubt for you on her subsequent tale of "verbal and non-verbal cues."
