Internet wormholes

Ric Flair promos, old hockey fights and that channel with seemingly hundreds of college football games (which I first heard of here).

 

What do I waste most of my time on, besides winning arguments on the internet?

Virtual sightseeing with Google Maps.

I can spend hours panning over exotic foreign areas that I will never physically visit. It's fascinating and hugely time-consuming.

 

Did you see Lion? Spoiler alert:

True story about a kid in India who falls asleep on a train, wakes up 900 miles across the country in a region that speaks a different language. Wound up being adopted by an Australian couple. Twenty-some years later, the guy is on Google Earth and recognizes his hometown. Goes back and is reunited with his mom and siblings.

 

Ha, yeah, that extended the wormhole quite a bit.
