That is the genius of the streaming/"short" 13-ep season though. Some shows I wouldn't invest eight months - one ep a week in, but I would spend a few nights watching.

Finally finished Curb last night. I thought the season was pretty meh, but the finale was fantastic.

Have watched the first few episodes of The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel on Amazon and have really enjoyed it. Discovered Catastrophe on Amazon; Season 1 was really good (they have 3 seasons, haven't watched the other two yet). Also watched Tin Star and that was just ok at best.

OK, that was a really good episode of "This Is Us" tonight.

Agreed. Glad we're finally learning what happened with Jack. That episode explained some key things pretty well.

A Murphy Brown revival? Unless the old cast just was on the periphery and it was centered on her kid, now the producer of the show, and perhaps Bergen as an Andy Rooney-esque commenter brought on for a ratings boost, noticing nobody over 40, crabbing about social media, and her dark secret (she dated Trump for a time).

I think you just kind of described Great News. ;) - Great News - Wikipedia - Which, by the way, is a B- version of 30 Rock. Surprisingly, Nicole Ritchie is really good on it. Not surprisingly, John Michael Higgins is wonderful. I'd watch more often, but the worst parts involve the mother-daughter leads of the show, and the daughter's unrequited love with the British producer of the show.

  9. Finished Season 1 of Dark on Netflix. Thumbs up.
Started The Leftovers. I am 3 or 4 episodes in. It's OK, so far.

I love Shameless, but it has become aimless.

Can't unsee that damn scene with Deb's foot from last week's episode.

Stick with The Leftovers, which understandably can be hard in Season 1. Not exactly a pick-me-upper. But Season 2 is awesome (and Season 3 is good, too).

I’ve been a consistently loyal viewer since it started. This is the first season I had 8 episodes on the DVR before I started watching. Usually I would watch 1 sometime the week it aired. It should have ended somehow last season with a heinous death by Frank.
I cant find a JTS moment, but the shark has landed.

Emmy Rossum has to have the record for most episodes of exposed breast.
