A woman who currently holds no political office should have fired a guy accused of sexual harrassment and YankeeFan is all over it.

The President of the United States has been accused of sexual assault or sexual harassment by 15 women. He was accused of rape by one of his ex-wives, who changed her tune after they reached a divorce settlement. He walked around locker rooms and looked at undressed, underage girls at beauty pageants. He made comments about kissing and touching women without asking for permission first. He very publicly cheated on one wife with the next one. Now we have reports that while running for president, he paid a porn star hush money to avoid the public finding out he cheated on his current wife with her. He once responded to the news that a famous married couple lost their child by telling the story of how he hit on the woman even though he knew she was married. Did I miss anything?

None of that shit matters, according to YankeeFan.

Trump sought release of classified Russia memo, putting him at odds with Justice Department

On Wednesday, as Republicans were clamoring to make public a secret document that they think will undercut the investigation into Russian meddling, President Trump made clear his desire: release the memo.

Trump’s directive was at odds with his own Justice Department, which had warned that releasing the classified memo written by congressional Republicans would be “extraordinarily reckless” without an official review. Nevertheless, White House chief of staff John F. Kelly relayed the president’s view to Attorney General Jeff Sessions — though the decision to release the document ultimately lies with Congress. ...

Trump recently revived his complaints that Deputy Attorney General Rod J. Rosenstein was not properly supervising Mueller’s probe and suggested he should fire Rosenstein — a highly controversial action against the person officially overseeing the special counsel’s investigation, an adviser who speaks frequently with Trump said. ...

The president has told close advisers that the memo is starting to make people realize how the FBI and the Mueller probe is biased against him and that it could provide him with grounds for either firing or forcing Rosenstein to leave, according to one person familiar with his remarks. He has privately derided Rosenstein as “the Democrat from Baltimore.” Rosenstein is not a Democrat. He was appointed as a U.S. attorney in Maryland by President George W. Bush and later renominated for that post by President Barack Obama. ...

Sally Q. Yates, the acting attorney general whom Trump fired early last year for failing to enforce his travel ban, said in an interview that Trump’s behavior — from his June decision to call for Mueller’s firing to other meddling throughout the year — is “beyond unusual” and “really dangerous.”

“If you get to what’s most essential and important and, I think, really damaging to our country, beyond just the confines of this administration, it’s this attack on our democratic institutions and particularly the Department of Justice,” she said. “It is a firm tradition at the Department of Justice that the White House just has absolutely no involvement in criminal investigations or prosecutions, period.”

Is this the future of the Republican Party showing itself at the University of Pittsburgh?

It looks like theschool newspaper, The Pitt News, actually broke this. Here is the link to their story.

Conservative-leaning groups deny association after members share racist memes - The Pitt News

It has been picked up by larger local outlets.
Ex-members of Pitt's College Republicans accused of racist postings

Looks like the Tribune-Review, with its strong conservative bent, is avoiding the story completely. Somebody tell us again how the media is only biased on the left?

There are shootings going on down there. No telling what it will be like in 6 to 7 years. We might have to build a wall to protect you.
