Super Bowl "snacks"

I will be throwing a Super Bowl party, and I am looking for some quick, easy, delicious recipes. Was thinking about making this:

Pepperoni Pizza Dip

However, would love more ideas.

Love one of the comments on the recipe: "This was delicious! We couldnt find buffalo mozzarella so we used a regular block. My daughter is a vegetarian, so we used turkey pepperoni...delicious."

For a couple different potlucks, my girlfriend and I have just brought chicken cooked in a Trader Joe's Thai yellow curry sauce, with a side of rice. It's a little spicy, but gets thick as it cools, and if you cut the chicken into small chunks it makes for a good dip (chips) or filling (tacos, tortillas, etc.). It's also really simple to do that with traditional buffalo sauce, and just have a side dish of ranch or bleu cheese with a spoon that people can scoop from.

We've done those enchiladas before. The filling is incredible.
