That depends on what he was told and when, who told him what, and what the documentary and email evidence is. We know that Sally Yates busted her hump to warn the White House as soon as she found out after Comey was sacked. If Pence knew, lied about it, and covered it up... well, we're back around to "It's the coverup, stupid."

You also want to remember that Flynn has flipped, and his testimony could gut Pence. Again, knowingly installing someone with illicit Russian contacts as National Security Advisor, that's a really big deal. Of course, since it seems that half the White House had illicit Russia contacts, Pence may not have thought that way.
