I've never listened to music while sweating. I usually watch SportsCenter.

I did the same incline workout as yesterday, except this time after 7 miles at between 7.0-8.0, incline 3-5. (8:29/per average.)

Admittedly had to stop at 4.8 and 15.0 on the second time through the incline.

Yes, I usually only use music if I’m dialing up the intensity.

Willpower to eat healthy snacks i.e. protein is a bitch. I've become the king of nuts and cheese.

Plus cashews give me horrendous gas.

Be careful with nuts, though. They are calorie bombs.

The killer is that I can't have nearly as much fruit as I love eating. And I refuse to snack on celery.

  8. I'm looking to get some exercise equipment. I really want a stationary bike.
I have the opportunity to get a rowing machine. .... Yes/No? Thoughts?

Sledgehammer and giant tire. Full-body workout. Will save you hundreds of dollars.

Doesn't look great in the living room, however.

I mentioned it upthread, but here's how I eat fat-free Greek yogurt, which is kind of gross on its own. I fill it with blueberries and cinnamon. Yes, I stir it all.

It's usually covered up by trains and Paw Patrol characters.
