When They Didn’t Fool Around at Inaugural Parades

 

Feel like we aren't talking enough about what a bad hombre John Kelly has turned out to be.

 

The only people who ever thought otherwise are the desperate-to-normalize punditry.

 

True. It's interesting that so many people claimed Kelly would influence Trump, when the reverse happened. Which is what always happens with Trump. Eventually Kelly will have sacrificed so much dignity that Trump will discard him, and he'll have debased himself for nothing. Rise, repeat.

 

Of course it is. I have an old friend who was diagnosed with CA last week. I wouldn't wish it on anyone, and any family or circle of friends who are faced with it hurt for their loved one, no matter who they are.

What that woman was saying was that Megan's statements and assumptions made it obvious that her father and her family had opportunities and options for care that are out of reach of the majority of the country. That's not a slap at them, but she's not forced to make the sort of choices that many in this country do, and if you're someone who has just gone through a loved one's cancer fight with far fewer weapons available to you it has to grate.

 

I wouldn't want to have your browser advertising for the next week or ten days...
