If I murder someone, but evidence hasn’t been fully gathered or released to the public yet, am I therefore innocent?

So, there is evidence, but it's been hidden from view this whole time?

Russia just wanted to help Trump win, right?

Wrong -- so says Facebook's top ad executive:

The main goal of the Russian propaganda and misinformation effort is to divide America by using our institutions, like free speech and social media, against us.

Yeah, Mueller is just talking to all these Trump campaign/admin guys and making deals with them for his own amusement. He’s trying to arrange a meeting to question the president because he wants his autograph.

Pass the laws to synthesize all that data without people screaming about Big Brother and getting it derailed.

All of these Trump guys. LOL.

He's got two guys who's alleged cries occurred well before the 2016 election, and had nothing to do with the campaign. (And which were previously investigated.)

And, he's got two guys who made false statements to the FBI, for whatever reason, but which had nothing to do with collusion.

Guys, it's over. The Deputy AG spelled it out yesterday. If there was collusion, he would have told you. Instead, he specifically said there wasn't collusion.

They should probably move forward without one. Less security should help.

    That’s the rub. Freedom.

We have five freedoms now, updating FDR’s four.

    Freedom to kill.

Yeah. Would be much harder than repealing the Second Amendment and confiscating guns.

The NSA already does much of this. Private companies have more data on us -- which we hand over willingly, and which they use to advertise to us -- than the government could hope to have. And they can share that information if they want.

And, none of the searches have to have a name attached to them, or be done by humans, until a potential threat is determined.

If you've left a comment saying you want to be a professional school shooter, and did it with your own name, what expectation of privacy to you have?

If you're using google's browser to research bomb making, or YouTube to watch Jihadi videos, what privacy concerns are violated if the private company proviing you these services shares this with law enforcement?

At most, they'd have to change their privacy policies, and no one is going to stop using google or YouTube because they will share this with law enforcement.
