They're still looking into the hacking of the DNC and Podesta. We know this.

There's less of a chance the Trump campaign colluded with the Russians in these instances than in what had already been laid out in the indictment.

You seem awfully excited at the idea of a guilty person getting away with it.

How about you just wait for the investigation to be over before making proclamation?

Or, maybe he’s not guilty of anything, and we’ll see more DOJ officials reprimanded.

There was also a lot of concern in Congress, at least among Republicans, about the leak of the wiretapped Flynn-Kislyak conversation. Such intelligence is classified at the highest level of secrecy, yet someone — Republicans suspected Obama appointees in the Justice Department and intelligence community — revealed it to the press.

So in March, lawmakers wanted Comey to tell them what was up. And what they heard from the director did not match what they were hearing in the media.

According to two sources familiar with the meetings, Comey told lawmakers that the FBI agents who interviewed Flynn did not believe that Flynn had lied to them, or that any inaccuracies in his answers were intentional. As a result, some of those in attendance came away with the impression that Flynn would not be charged with a crime pertaining to the Jan. 24 interview.

Nah. I'll just wait a bit. No way in hell was that the only indictment that Mueller is going to drop. It's just the one that covers his flanks, because it describes with an insane level of detail the facts of this particular part of the Russian penetration of our social media in order to influence the election. Fire him now and try to explain how it does not aid and abet the Russians.

There will be more indictments. Maybe you missed it in all the excitement, but Mueller flipped two more witnesses yesterday.

You don't see people on the other side claiming that anything is over. Nobody is saying you shouldn't state your opinion regarding Trump and his people, but you are dead wrong in claiming this is over.

How many details of Russia's social media campaign to cause problems in our electoral process were known before yesterday?

Does the 2022 shooter already have his assault rifle? Would Adam Lanza have had his mom's gun if we had outlawed them 20 years ago?

Why would the strategy be similar in a social media campaign and the hacking of email? Different lines of attack, different targets, different aims. Might they be used in complement? Sure... which points out yet again that this was a well thought out and organized attack by the Russians on our elections.

I think if Minority Report taught us anything, it's really problematic to arrest people for a crime they haven't yet committed.*

*Of course, I don't disagree with you.
