    Except the rights were alienable, to a certain extent. The right to life is over come by the death penalty or a declaration of war. Liberty was certainly alienable in 1776. And the government has consistently restricted the alienability of happiness.

    Really? Have you listened to trump? He accused the father of the US Senator of participating in the assasination of President Kennedy. On a trumpian scale of hyperbole this barely registers except it is more literary a quote than trump has ever uttered.
