I'm fairly certain that Scott is about to reach his term limit. Minor detail, but important.

 

He's after a Senate seat now, right?

 

I believe this is the textbook definition of concern trolling.

 

I bought this book this weekend, and it's been interesting reading. I think a lot of my fellow pro-gun regulation people don't realize what they are up against, culturally. It seems shocking to a lot of people that these killing machines are even legal. In fact, there is an enormous, entrenched, enthusiastic culture that has sprouted up around them. Banning them makes as much sense to hobbyists as would banning, say, Toyotas.

 

He's raising money but he hasn't announced. I'm sure he will, he just hasn't yet.

That is the new reaction to harassment, the conservative/republicans have recently lowered the bar-again-at cpac. As far as I am concerned they should get the same reaction when they bring it up.

 

So your goal is to have the moral authority of the average CPAC member? Good call.
