Bribery can be hard to prove, but if foreign policy is adjusted and as a result Kushner receives financing as a quid pro quo, that makes conspiracy a much easier lift. I'd bet the ranch that Michael Flynn gave up Kushner's dealings in exchange for that sweet deal he cut.
