This was inevitable. I have no doubt the students began their efforts sincerely, but now they're just going to become pawns. Hopefully they have families that have their ultimate best interests in mind and will limit the exploitation of these groups.

 

Man, you and many other conservatives are desperate to find a way to attack those kids without admitting that you are attacking those kids.

(OOP used the same word twice in one sentence! Bingo!)

 

The kids should stick to their core message: Stop the guns, stop the violence.

But they're getting played and exploited by adults on every aspect of the issue, and that's irresponsible behavior by the adults. They're just kids. They aren't adept yet to discerning when they're being yanked around by political sharks.

 

I continue to be utterly disinterested in how conservatives view the efforts of kids on gun control.

It's not for you. It's about rallying the people who disagree with you.
