Indeed. I try to limit myself to once a year, on my birthday. I get "buffet to go" (they charge you by the pound) and load up with coconut shrimp and General Tsao chicken.

This is from January 2012. Round 1 ... back then I usually made 3-4 passes.

This was during the same meal. That staff there ALWAYS looked at you with disdain.

Up until the beginning of this semester, the closest campus cafeteria to my building served really good wings once a week, on Wings Wednesday. I would, politely, ask the server if I could have some plain wings, no buffalo sauce or anything on them. Just crispy, fried wings. Loved loved loved those.

Starting this semester, the server guy told me, corporate doesn't let them order battered wing anymore, the kind that turned really crispy when fried. Instead, it's just unbattered wings doused in sauce. While this corporate decision is much better for my health, I sure do miss those wings.

    Ugh, scrapple.
When I was in military school they served that for breakfast regularly.
Eating what was served in mess hall was not optional. you ate what was served.
    So vile.

My stepfather is from coastal Virginia and loves the stuff. It's apparently a Mid-Atlantic thing.

What I want to know -- is their Spanish translation as shitty as their English?

Rarely eat ice cream, but whenever I have a cold, I treat myself to a pint of coffee ice cream.

I don't know if this 'guilty' or not, but I like to cut an apple in half, cut out the core, and then spread peanut butter on it.
