The end result is still laid-off workers. Instead of steelworkers, they are workers from one of the industries that are negatively effected by higher manufacturing costs because of the higher cost of steel. That, or lower paychecks for all of us in the form of higher prices.

Let's be clear. He wanted to, and you are defending him and all of his outrageousness here.

And yet again our POTUS uses capitalization to prove he does not has the intellect of a Twitter troll, but not that of a Chief Executive.

Obama "wanted to" implement a lot of regulations and rule changes on his way out the door.

It's curious how these weren't actually implemented during his 8 years in office.

Yep, you got me...here's secret video obtained by Breitbart showing that very same African immigrant conducting a super-secret negotiation about his pocket-lining scheme that he even plans to name after himself!

So, the EU is critical of the US plans to impose steel tariffs:

In Europe officials accused Mr Trump of using national security as a pretext for protectionism.

“We strongly regret this step, which appears to represent a blatant intervention to protect US domestic industry and not to be based on any national security justification,” said Jean-Claude Juncker, the European Commission president. “The EU has been a close security ally of the US for decades. We will not sit idly while our industry is hit with unfair measures that put thousands of European jobs at risk.”

But, they imposed their own tariffs on China:

The European Union has slapped tariffs of up to 73.7% on Chinese steel after manufacturers were forced to cut jobs due falling prices and demand for the material amid an influx of cheap imports from Asia.

Thousand of job have already been lost in the steel industry in Britain in the last year with thousands more at risk as the sector remains under pressure. Industry leaders have partly blamed the squeeze on the sector on China’s dumping of cheap steel in Europe as it struggles to find buyers for its products domestically.

The EU has agreed to impose import duties of between 13.2% and 22.6% on Chinese hot-rolled steel, which is used in pipelines and gas containers, and 65.1% and 73.7% on heavy plates, which are used in civil engineering projects.

Seems to be taking it's toll, and China is not happy about it:

According to the latest report by the European Steel Association, the EU’s steel imports from China dropped by 41 percent from January to November 2017.

That's the most patriotic post in SJ.com history. Bonus points if it would've formed an American flag.

The color looked brown when I chose it. Was just trying to make it easier to read.
