1. There is no such thing as "free" trade. There are tariff-free zones that come close, but all countries put some restrictions on what can and cannot be brought inside them for commercial purposes or even for consumer use. The issues are how much overall restriction and what kind of trade should be restricted.

Nunberg also said he'd been subpoenaed by the Muller grand jury, but will refuse to appear. I bet that made his lawyer happy. Refusal to testify before a federal grand jury means a judge can put your ass in the clink until you do. No bail.

 

What I saw in that quote sounded perfectly reasonable.
