Is it the honor system, or are there actual crowd monitors to see that no one is checking a phone?

I suppose it's a loose honor system. I think that there's enough staff there scanning the crowd to make sure people aren't looking. It hasn't been an issue, to my mind. We certainly haven't cheated and we've gone 1-3-2-2 the last four years. If people are cheating, they aren't doing a very good job of it.

Also, it goes pretty rapidly, and a lot of the questions are of the type that would take you some amount of time to hit upon the right Google search. Not something cut-and-dry like who won the Louis fight or what year Loyola won the championship, but a lot of the other questions require some making some connections that aren't necessarily quickly searchable.

Not to pick nits, but Tom Watson has 14.
8 on Regular Tour, 6 on Champions Tour.

I suspect the MC phrased it better than I did.

    That's an OOP-level correction.

I had Rudy Law's autograph on my mitt when I was a kid. Like him, I played centerfield in Little League and (for a while) in Babe Ruth League.

Unlike him, I never hit an inside-the-park homer ... :)

I believe Rudy Law broke up a Dave Stieb no hitter by leading off the ninth with a home run at old Comiskey. Pretty sure the next batter homered too, then they yanked Steib with a 3-2 lead.

Vance Law looked like your eighth-grade science teacher at a fantasy camp:

My eighth-grade science teacher was a woman.
    Didn't wear glasses.

No, she didn't look like that, either.

    Jack, Tiger, Old Tom Morris.
I don't think the last one is really one; I just like the name Old Tom Morris.
