The NYT piece said you could appeal the decision to take it down. They should be judicious. If you are brandishing a gun in a threatening manner, I get it. If you're hunting or at the range, I mean, come on.

Isn't the Bumble move in line with what some people are talking about when they blame gun violence on the prevalence of guns in entertainment?

 

It's difficult to understand how it can feel "threatening." As I understand these apps, you don't interact with anybody you don't want to. And with this app in particular, the women hold all the cards.
