How have I not seen Godless yet? And why is this the first Western I've seen Sam Waterston in - he could give Sam Elliott a run for his money (though with a fake mustache).

It’s very good. Definitely worth watching.

Even though it could not be more up my alley and I love everything David Simon has done, I’ve held off watching The Wire as some sort of delayed gratification thing. No more. I ripped through the first season in the past 3 days. Amazing TV.

Disappointed in the Top Chef finale.
A good finale, and the winner seems like a decent fellow, but I wanted the woman to win.

  5. On the recommendation of a friend, started watching Life in Pieces.
    Very enjoyable.

I don't know what it is, because I've enjoyed just about everyone in that cast in other roles. But try as I might, I couldn't get into this.

I want to like the second season of Jessica Jones more than I do. Six eps in and it just doesn't seem to be going anywhere, though the characters sure seem to have a lot of time to complain about their lives.

Weird thing is my wife has a very close connection to the "family" in the show and I've met several of the characters in person.

    I've finally done it.
I've given up and stopped watching 'The Walking Dead.'
My decision is causing some domestic tension.

I stopped after Negan did his business with the bat. No ending would make the suffering (mine or the survivors') "worth" it.
