If need be. Let's try it with the most unnecessary guns, see if our gun-related death rate drops enough from 5-7 times what our peer countries experience, and then go from there.

 

Whatabout (tm) the regulations on how the cars are made that has made them safer?

My point is that he CAN drive, although he seldom does. "Regulations" are not limiting him, however.

Those are fine and dandy. But manufacturers make cars safer because of 1) threats of lawsuits, 2) to effectively sell them in a competitive market, and 3) a few regulations.

 

Well if he ever ,God forbid, plows into a group of people I would say the blood is on your hands. Take his license away. Wow.

 

The primary purpose of a gun is to kill. The primary purpose of a vehicle is transportation. Just a bit of a difference there.

Pretty sure they were progressive, especially for the time. Why would you assume these particular artists weren't?
