Fact, not Opinion: Mayonnaise is the Queen of Condiments

knucklehead remoulade = mayonnaise + Sriracha

aioli = mayonnaise + garlic

tartar sauce = mayonnaise + relish

Russian dressing = mayonnaise + ketchup + relish

shrimp cocktail sauce = ketchup and horesradish always seemed good enough.
foodrepublic.com says also worcestershire sauce, lemon juice and chili sauce

Also, if you like the Special Sauce* on your Big Mac, you like mayonnaise.

Tostitos salsa mixed with an equal amount of Tostitos salsa con queso is good on lots of stuff. Especially chicken.

It's basically buffalo sauce. Helps you avoid that nasty mayonnaise, too.
