The oversharing of vacation photos

I don't get the need to be in every photo you take. Is it like holding a newspaper in a ransom photo ... proof that you were really there?

 

On the other hand, I took about 600 photos during a trip throughout Europe – famous places and spectacular settings everywhere you look – and I put myself in only four or five shots. The rest might as well have come off the Internet. D'ohhh.

 

I see your feed. It's completely reasonable.

This couple is photographically documenting every meal in real time. I've actually come around a little bit to the idea that it's a pretty interesting travel guide to the locations they are visiting. I sincerely hope it's not taking away from her own enjoyment of her trip, though.

(For the record, I like this person. She was the maid of honor in our wedding, in fact.)

I don’t post my daily workouts, but I was really tempted to post a picture of myself shirtless the other day, even though that’s about as douchey as it gets. I’m just excited to be getting rid of the Dad bod.

My wife talked me out of it, thank goodness.

 

Marry her again, just to make sure she never leaves you.

 

That is a slippery slope that inevitably leads to taking pics of your genitals.
