A stylish cap or hat worn with panache at an askew or cheeky angle. Frequently seen on fashionistas, celebrities, hobos and/or homosexuals.

I actually knew a guy named Richard Strength. He was a sports writer for a nearby paper quite a few years ago. He said he goes by Richard, "for obvious reasons."

 

I don't know if he still does, but Richard Head used to write for the Peterborough Examiner.

 

I was watching an episode of Match Game from the late '70s and the contestants were Dick and Gay, names you'd never see today.

 

I'd cry, too, if Mommy stuck a bow on my head every frickin' day.

 

His father had to be known as Shit Head to name him that.
