Kosher for Passover wine at the Seder. Painful reds.

4 Hands Brewing Co.'s City Wide American Pale Ale. Picked up a 4-pack today while the wife and oldest are spending a couple of days in KC. The youngest is sound asleep, so time for daddy to have a few. Might even have a blended (sad!) on the rocks later.

Half Hours on Earth Brewing Yalla Yalla Citra, tart farmhouse ale dry-hopped with Citra. Little brewery in the middle of nowhere Ontario doing some good things.

My cousin just swung by with a bunch of beer from Va. Just shelfies, but so far, not hating anything.
    Woodbooger - Strangeways: Belgian Brown
Desolation - 3 Stars: They took a bunch of coffee beans and threw it in a Rye Whiskey barrel, then made the coffee with those beans and added it to an Imperial Porter. Nice.
Minute Man - 3 Notch'd: A non-hazy NEIPA. Super Citrus, low bitterness, clear like an old-school IPA
Hogwaller Scramble - Champion: Meh. Average Chocolate/Coffee Stout. My wife liked it more than me.

Was he near Richmond? The Answer is very good. Stopped there on the way back up from Va Beach last summer.

Phantom Red Blend from Bogle Vineyards. Taking a break from craft beers, client gave this to wife. It's pretty good.

He lives in Fredericksburg. I ordered from his local Total Wines & More...the interface isn't great. It was easier to look up by brewery, so I just went with the ones I knew or could find with a quick search. Their "search by style" and "search by state" functions sucked.

A Saint-Veran. Second bottle after broiled cod (first bottle) and before that, a Gruet blanc de noirs for a cocktail wine.

Ruston La Maestra with my steak. The best Cabernet deal which I have found. A friend knows the owners of the vineyard and they needed space and sold out their old stock at a great discount so I bought 4 cases.

Wife's friend left a half a bottle of Kahlua the other day, so going with a White Russian, 1% milk instead of cream.
