Agreed. NXT can focus more on action storytelling instead of weeks of promos.

    Few things:

In regards to Cody, I don't remember him burying HHH, I do remember him burying certain writers who were too busy trying to woo Divas and weren't concerned with writing good storylines or hearing wrestlers' ideas.

Also, I don't think we've talked about Sami Callahan on here but wow that guy has major heat and it's awesome.

The chair/bat spot he did with Eddie Edwards was a brutal accident and now everyone is taking a piece out of him for it etc.

His interview with Jericho recently was great. He said how he was passive in his time at NXT instead of being the aggressive person he is now and that's what really held him back and why he asked for his release.

He said Sanity was his idea and how he got tired of seeing people brought in after he was and then pushed to the moon while he was given no time on TV etc.

    Great interview.

    RE: Taker-Cena. ...

I can see them have a spot where Kid Rock does a mashup of hits and then "Are You Scared?" ... "He's HERE!" hits and he plays Taker to the ring to American Bad Ass, of course Cena is at ringside - surprised/ready to go in the crowd.

Something along those lines. I don't read the dirt sheets but that seems like the only logical step to get to that match.

Just look at Ciamppa-Gargano. That's raw emotion playing out on both sides. Great storytelling.

Gargano needs to get called-up after Takeover. Have him feud with Ziggler right off the bat. Or maybe even Zayn.

I have loved Ciamppa's Twitter posts. Especially the "When you know your wedding pictures are ruined forever" as it shows him clearly in the wedding party of Gargano-LaRae.

Re: Taker vs. Cena - Since the card is already stuffed, what if they don't have a match? It would be an awesome moment if Cena called out Taker, and he didn't show... And then when Cena goes to the back, Taker chokes him and slams him into the ground, brutal beatdown, etc. Since Cena is seguing to more of a part-time talent, just setup a huge match for next year's Mania (or Summerslam or Survivor Series or whatever) instead.

Was day dreaming this morning, and I thought of a fun question for the wresting family here at SJ. Who was the first face you remember booing?
