President Trump didn't "create" it, his rise just allowed more people to be more comfortable sharing their views. The Trump campaign let them know that they weren't "alone." It's success showed that there was segment of society that nobody had targeted before and would be extremely loyal.

Trumpists love the Idaho candidate who wants to kill women for having abortions. They love the EPA head who is killing the environment and who is up to his shoulders in ethics disasters. And they whine about the firing of a columnist who agrees with the Idaho candidate. Very fine people.

 

I'm thinking the big inside joke at the White House is this: Just say no! Deny everything!

Plenty of people are dumb enough to believe it, and it drives everyone else nuts. Laughs galore!!!
