As long as the seven-figure check clears, he doesn't care.

Maybe Brock drops the belt tomorrow night to someone?

I'm sorry, but why have him kick out of a million F-5s if he's going to lose anyway. And, Lesnar and his title reign just aren't that interesting to me.

Bryan? Summerslam? I dont know I think he has to serve a 6 month suspension before he fights so he could work a few more months after declaring for the testing again, if Dana White and Vince have the working relationship they seem to.

Altho that’ll cost Vince a ton of $$ he doesnt really need to spend. Brocks run its course

60ish more days and they can erase Punks longest modern world title reign

  7. My thoughts for the evening:

    1. The best match was ... one with The Miz in it. First time I can ever say that.
    2. I really enjoyed the Rousey-Angle-Triple H-Stephanie story telling. That exceeded my low expectations.
    3. The Asuka-Charlotte match was terrific.
    4. AJ and Shinsuke underwhelmed. But more is coming.

I feel the same way about Lesnar. He's as boring and predictable as Reigns is. They've built him up too much, to where there's maybe only three or four people (Reigns, Cena, Strowman and Samoa Joe) who can believably challenge him, and that makes almost all of the other people on Raw meaningless. It also puts them in a holding pattern.
Can you see Miz plausibly beating Lesnar? Rollins, in a straight up one-on-one match? Finn Balor? Dolph Ziggler? All of them could have great and memorable world title runs, but it's stuck on Lesnar who only shows up at every other PPV to boot. They've managed a bizarre feat, which is devaluing the Universal Championship by keeping it on a strong champion.
That's the reason why, as much as I hate Reigns, I was hoping he would win tonight. At least then the title would be back on a "regular" guy who is around a lot and beatable by other wrestlers. Now it's stuck on this reclusive monster who only gives someone an opportunity once every three months.

I'm genuinely hoping Brock and Heyman come out tomorrow night on Raw, declare that there's no one worthy of their time, and Brock is vacating the title to focus on UFC -- with the caveat that, at such time as he sees fit (i.e., in a year or so when his UFC comeback peters out), he shall reserve the right to return and immediately claim the status of No. 1 contender.
Then there's a tournament for the vacated title.
That lets Brock go out strong and with a clean break, while opening the door for him to come back the same way once we've forgotten how stale he's gotten.

Love Wade Keller's instant analysis on his PWTorch recap: "Disaster."

  10. The main event wasn't good.

Roman consistently puts on good matches. But he just doesn't make me care. It's a huge problem, and I'm not sure how you fix that.

It is amazing that Roman bleeds enough to make the ghost of Dusty Rhodes proud, and it's still not enough to raise that match up a couple of levels.

    First, some facts about Nicholas:

    1. Nicholas has more career Wrestlemania victories than Shinsuke Nakamura and Asuka combined.

    B. Nicholas has the same career Wrestlemania winning percentage as Michael Cole.

III. Nicholas has the same amount of WWE tag team championships as Hulk Hogan.

    4. Nicholas had a longer Wrestlemania match than Special Delivery Jones.

    E. Nicholas has won more matches this calendar year than Curt Hawkins.
