    It's not the legislators, Dan. It's their constituents. They respond to this. Trump didn't win the Republican primaries by accident. This is what a majority of a well-organized minority (not a slur, well-organized minority applies to the Democrats as well) want. It's their pathologies that are the problem.

    Agreed. Redistricting has made it much more likely that a GOPer loses a primary than a general.

    Not sure how the prosecutors violated the Fourth if a judge approved a search warrant. The Seventh refers to jury trials in civil cases. Isn't this a criminal matter involving the government?

    I don't think the very fine militia-loving folk of Montana and Idaho would like the secessionist's map. They'd have to stay in the US of A. The population would decamp for Tupelo ASAP.
