    James Comey is the public servant Donald Trump deserved.

    That doesn't mean I think much of James Comey, because I don't. I think he's a ridiculous person and I wouldn't trust him for a second.

    But so long as he was going to unwittingly help Trump win an election with his pollyannish BS, he might as well make Trump look bad in Oval Office

    I don't, in any way, want to diminish your first-hand impression of Paul Ryan, who may be a decent human being off to the side of his role in Congress.

    But Paul Ryan, as a politician and statesman, is one of the biggest, seasoned liars I've ever seen.

    About Ryan: Incredibly, I’m seeing some news reports about his exit that portray him as a serious policy wonk and fiscal hawk who, sadly, found himself unable to fulfill his mission in the Trump era. Unbelievable.
