Financially, getting rid of Dez is a no-brainer, but the Cowboys are really weak at WR with a QB who needs playmakers. Allen Hurns isn’t going to scare anyone. Seems they should have been more aggressive in FA.

Suppose they have to target Ridley or another WR at 19.

The Cowboys are always going to be spinning their wheels aren't they? Always one player, one coach, one game, one play away from winning another Super Bowl. I remember when Parcells was supposed to be the answer, then Romo, then TO, then getting rid of TO, then Garrett, then Dez, then Elliott. They turned over half the coaching staff during the off-season - don't know if that is going to work.

1 of 3 locations he ends up.
    Denver, Washington, Philadelphia.

Denver has no need for a guy like Dez.

Would love to see him in D.C. just for the weekly blow-ups when Smith refuses to force the ball into Dez and instead dumps off to whoever will be playing RB for the Skins.

Eagles would be stupid to bring in a distraction like Dez.

I hope he retires and they put him in a booth with Nantz and Romo just so we can see the awkwardness seeping through the screen.

Dez has name value, but the production has been sliding for a couple years now. Last 1,000 yard season was 2014, and he was making $13M. I'm actually surprised they did it.

Dez is on the Chad Johnson career arc.
