Interesting. I'll have to read the Texas Supreme Court decision when I get a chance. I wonder if any other courts have ruled differently on the same topic. It seems like it can be banned under the Constitutional principle that it is a "neutral law of general applicability." In other words, you are banning something dangerous and religion is basically collateral damage. There's a peyote case that established the doctrine.

Fair enough. I am of mixed minds on this one, and each situation differs medically and in the family's situation as well.
