I find that particular Slate writer to be careless with both facts and legal principles. It's to a point where I just want to ignore his articles, yet seemingly without fail one of my liberal, non-lawyer friends will send me his latest and ask for my opinion.

I haven't been really active the last few days, so please forgive me if this is a d_b, but have we discussed the revelation that Hannity is heavily invested in Section 8 housing, yet failed to disclose that in his glowing commentary on HUD under Ben Carson or his railing on foreclosures (where he bought much of his property) during the Obama administration?

Michael Cohen case shines light on Sean Hannity's property empire

If only there was a troll around here who fact-checked-via-tweets, maybe this would have already been posted:

Yeah, they only unfroze assets that were unfairly frozen. Assets that were vital in helping the world’s top terrorist nation ramp up its nuclear program. Oh, and they had enough left over to use on funding ... terrorism!

I would argue that Hannity's actions are worse for Fox News than O'Reilly's.

I wouldn't know ... it just tickles me how Slate carries such cred in so many areas.

If I didn't know any better, I'd think Trump set up Hannity to be a fall guy.
