I've heard that mentioned a lot. And this might be a dumb question. But...aren't the CBs/DBs they're playing against worse, too? Wouldn't that cancel out the effect some?

There are often surprises, so even though we're all sure that all 4 QBs will be gone in the top 10, if someone is going to fall - through the teens - who will it be? I assume Allen or Mayfield.
