    Maybe, just maybe, the court filing itself is insignificant. Just another in a string of actions taken by the Feds in the SDNY that are unwarranted. The Post should realize this fact. Or people shouldn't post these meaningless stories.

    Trump has not been accused of anything here. It’s a hypothetical that he’s ever accused of being the person who knocked up this woman, resulting in abortion.

    Now, you want him to comment on how he would respond in future instances, if this hypothetical charge, with no evidence to support it, turns out to be true.

    Wouldn’t he be wise to huge future claims based on the supporting evidence?

    Yes. Avenatti had better hope he's right about this and not merely speculating. While this isn't libel land, might it result in some bar association sanction -- if only a reprimand -- if we ultimately learn he was just throwing something at the wall to see if it would stick?
