Steelers trade up to get Nick Chubb?

    1976 Steelers defense >> 1985 Bears

And hell, they didn't even win the SB that year.

I could see them moving up for Chubb or Guice. I thought Michel might be an option at 28, but I understand passing given the concerns about his knee.

That Steelers team gave up something like 25 points total in a nine-game stretch? Ridiculous.

The comparison isn't as clear as you think. The rules were very different for those two teams.

Then again, those Steelers teams were a big reason for the changes.

I am not nearly as considered with Quinn as I am with Sarkisian calling the plays.
If I'm Ryan, I'm unplugging the headset in the helmet, and call everything on my own, not just audible out every play.

Not a big fan of Ridley, but alongside Julio he should get his share of targets.

29 points in 9 games, including 5 shutouts. And they started off the season 1-4. Really odd season.

  9. I doubt it.
Connor is a decent back up and he can be in the backfield with Bell split out at WR (provided he can pick up blitz protection). Another reason I'm not crying too much over Bryant.

I think Bryant can be a star in Oakland if he can stay clean. Cooper can't deal with bump coverage at the line. Bryant will ample opportunity to be the go-to WR for Carr.

There is zero chance Bryant becomes the go-to guy. Cooper will be that guy. Bryant has the potential to be a viable big-play threat, but he’s also going to an offense that is purposely 20 years behind the times.

Did he do any magic tricks?

Cooper caught 50 percent of his targets last year. If he's your go-to guy, you're hurting. Mind you, I'm a bitter fantasy football owner, so I look for opps to take shots at him.
