  1. I think I've heard of - muchless tried - one of those.

    I am on the wagon until the beach trip at the end of June.

    Ok, really like this, and it’s description:

    Grevensteiner Original is a Kellerbier / Zwickelbier.

    Description
    This unfiltered country beer is brown with ruby highlights, slightly hazy with a brilliant white head. The body is rich and malty with a clean crisp slightly hoppy finish. Grevensteiner uses whole leaf hops and traditional ancient malts to recreate the true original beer of the brewery.

    ++++++

    I wish I had used a glass. Drank out of the can. The feel of the can was unusual too - had some kind of texture to it - like paint.

    I bought two cans while creating a mixed six pack. Quite the surprise and an enjoyable diversion from all the IPA hops out the ass.

    There is a special place in my heart for Keith’s, as my first Canadian beer and as the drink of choice at my father-in-law’s hobby farm.

    But try to go drink for drink with that man, and it ain’t pretty. For you, that is. He’s put an hour on the tractor by 6 a.m.

    Earlier had a Flensburger pils (I love the bottles for my homebrew), now sipping on a nice Malbec.

    Pseudo Sue, a delicious pale ale from Toppling Goliath. Thanks to my buddy who trades beer with about 10 different people.
    In addition to high school wrestling and cornfields, Iowa also has at least one great brewery.

  12. Had some Sweetwater Hop Hash IPA.
    Pretty good. 15-pack for $16.

    Talking to my neighbor who just got back from the Philippines... He's talking about unloading some of his whiskey. He has about a half dozen unopened bottles of various-aged Pappy Van Winkle.
