The story will be about questions about the Athletic?

 

Naw, it'll be about Winona State.

All but three or four of Reddy's posts are Athletic bashing. C'mon, man, it's easy to figure out you have an ax to grind.

 

Would you care to share some of the questions that are being asked?

 

They're going to need an awfully small font to fit that on the board. I'll stick to Potent Potables.

I doubt it. The Athletic is doing fine getting all that funding off donations or contributions like they did. Like I said, the time to worry is if The athletic has ulterior motives. If it's ever sold to ESPN or Bleacher Report or something, then the wild cuts will happen. Right now The Athletic is doing what nobody in media is doing ... hiring!! Now Buffet did that at first and the Orange County Register had that experiment where it hired a zillion people (then went broke in a year I believe), but The Athletic is in its glorydays right now. If/when it's sold, look out.

I'd expect the number of team-specific sites to keep growing, too. Three have already been announced in the SEC.
